This page explains what Rumaix Tourism collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Booking and enquiry details: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email (if you give it), city, travel dates, the number of travellers and anything you write in a message or special request.
- Optional travel details: a CNIC number or emergency contact, if you choose to give them for checkposts or safety.
- Reviews: your name, city, rating and words, and your email (which is never published).
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps forms working and stops spam, and your IP address on booking requests to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To confirm, organise and support your trip or hotel stay, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To share the details a hotel, driver or guide needs to serve you, and nothing more.
- To keep records our business is required to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Third-party services
- Maps on this site are provided by Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, and fonts by Google Fonts. These services may record your IP address when the page loads.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the trip, accounting and legal reasons, then delete them. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within a year.
