These terms apply to tours, private trips and hotel bookings arranged through Rumaix Tourism. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

Booking and confirmation

Every booking made on this website is a request. It is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you in writing, usually on WhatsApp.
Prices on the website are worked out for the options you choose. If something changes before we confirm (for example a hotel rate or seat availability), we tell you before you pay anything.
Your confirmation lists what is included, the amount due, the payment deadline and the cancellation terms for your booking.

Tours: a deposit of 30% of the total confirms your seats. The balance is due as stated on your confirmation, before departure.
Hotels: a deposit of 30% of the total is due after we confirm the rooms. The rest is paid as agreed on confirmation.
Pay only to the accounts sent to you by our team, and quote your booking reference with the payment.

Please carry a valid CNIC or passport for every adult. Checkposts in the north ask for it.
Be on time for departures. A late start affects the whole group.
Respect local customs, the environment and the other people in your group. Harassment, violence, or the use of drugs or alcohol on group trips leads to removal from the trip without a refund.
Tell us before you book about any medical condition or mobility need we should plan for, and bring enough of your own medication.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the children travelling with them.

Mountain roads close for landslides, snow and weather, and flights to Skardu and Gilgit are weather-dependent. When that happens we change the plan to keep everyone safe, and we will offer the closest alternative we can.
Extra costs caused by events outside our control, such as an extra night when a road is closed, are shared with travellers at cost.

Hotels are run by their owners. Their house rules, check-in times and cancellation policy apply and are shown on each hotel page and on your booking.
Room types and photos are representative. A specific room number, floor or view cannot be guaranteed unless the hotel confirms it.

We choose our transport, hotels and partners with care, but we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by third parties or events outside our control. Travel insurance is recommended.
Keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

We sometimes share photos from our trips. If you would prefer not to appear in them, tell your tour lead.
