Depart Islamabad at 7:30 am on the Murree Expressway and reach Patriata (New Murree) at about 9:15 am, ahead of the queues, for the chairlift ride. Drive into Murree around noon for lunch on Mall Road, then the safari train at Kashmir Point and a walk round the GPO area. We end at Pindi Point for sunset, leave Murree at about 5:30 pm and reach Islamabad around 8:00 pm, later on snow days.
